What You’re Booking

Premium Japan Travel Experience is a high-touch, fully personalized planning experience for travelers who want to experience Japan with confidence, cultural understanding, and intention.

What’s included:

  • A custom Japan itinerary for up to 4 weeks

  • Thoughtful pacing and route design

  • Curated recommendations for accommodation and transport (client books independently)

  • 18-category Google Maps pin system

  • Cultural preparation and practical guidance

  • Pre-trip checklist and essential travel app setup

  • WhatsApp support before and during the trip (CET office time)

Delivery timeline: 3-4 weeks
Availability: limited number of clients per month

Investment

  • Standard investment: £1,500 + VAT

  • Adventure Travel Show ONLY offer: £1,300 + VAT

This special rate is available exclusively to travelers I’ve met at the show and is valid for bookings made within the agreed show timeframe.

  • Deposit to reserve your spot today: £500

  • The deposit is deducted from the total investment and it’s not refundable.

How booking works

  1. Secure your spot today with a £500 deposit

  2. You’ll receive a confirmation email and all details in writing within 24 hours

  3. The remaining balance is due within 7 days

  4. Planning officially begins once the full balance is paid and your intake form is completed

  • Recommendations are independent and commission-free.

  • WhatsApp support is provided for guidance and reassurance, not 24/7 on-demand availability.
